Meet Tonya Cannon, a driven Broker Associate serving clients in Lamar, Red River, and Fannin counties. Tonya has been in the real estate business for 28 years and enjoys working in Residential Real Estate. While she is happy to work with both buyers and sellers, she specializes in first time homebuyers, relocation transferees, and retirees. With extensive education and experience in each, she is able to guide you through every step of the buying or selling process and answer any questions you may have along the way. She brings a plethora of knowledge to the table as she currently serves on the Lamar County Appraisal Review Board and is a Director for Texas Realtors at the state level. Tonya believes consistent communication, structured timelines, and set and achieved expectations are crucial to the success of any real estate transaction. She lives by the Golden Rule and
will do the right thing for her clients.
When she is not working, Tonya enjoys spending time with her two kiddos. She is involved in her daughter's competition dance team and attends Freedom Church in Paris, TX. One fun fact: Tonya loves to people watch and imagine what they are saying from a distance!
